Hi/Regards?HiRegards,XXXXXXXXXTo an outfit trying to scam you out of over £5,000 😮. You must keep any communication on a formal business footing - especially at this level of potential costs.Dear Sir/Yours faithfully. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

@Umkomaas,thank you very much for the advice, I was responding to Horizons admin team (there has been so much correspondence) so I didn’t feel the need to respond so formally on this occasion. I just wanted to get the points across promptly. In future I will address more formally, thanks again1

Hi, just for info, response from Horizon simply:
'Tank you for your email. Please refer to our previous correspondence.
Kind regards'
Previous correspondence was that the 33 PCN's are with DRP and I have lost any time to appeal. I've made my point and intentions clear and won't be making any further contact with Horizon, DRP or BPA.
Thanks again for everyone's help, I'll post on here if I receive anything else.

This'll be interesting. 33 PCNs sent to DRP means they will have added 33x £70 as if that's allowable and proportionate!
Have you already got a DRP letter that sets this out and demands an extra £70 for each of the 33 PCNs?!
I'd like to show it to Government please, as part of my evidence re the upcoming draft Impact Assessment.
Can you urgently show DRP's letter for me here, or by pm to me please (redact your name, address and car reg).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Each DRP letter is £160!! To talk about disproportionate, the parking fee for each booking was £2.75 (which I paid!)
No problem, I have just pm'd you one of the letters redacted, if there's nothing contentious on there I am happy for you to share it with others. I've got 32 others if you want copies of the others too!

Jfyi, I've just checked what the original PCN amounts were from Horizon and they were all £85.0

Are you seriously telling me that DRP has posted you 33 separate letters, each one adding £60 per PCN and that the BPA thinks that is perfectly acceptable in a known keying error case?Springtime12345 said:Each DRP letter is £160!!
