When you contact the helpline using the number at the top of the forecast there is an option to press if you are worried that a voluntary payment has been lost, this then gives you an HMRC phone number just for this.patsy43 said:
YES PAYED VOLUNTRARY IN AUGUST WITH TAX FOR YEAR 21 / 22poppystar said:I’m on hold to the pension line at the moment as I’m in much the same position. Worried that the wording on the latest version of the pension forecast has changed so that it no longer says can top up but the voluntary contribution I made for last year is still not showing. Is this the same for you OP?They assured me that it doesn’t have to have cleared through their system before you start drawing your pension and your amount will be updated when it does. I’ve only been waiting a month or so but if you paid in August I’d definitely contact them for your own peace of mind.1
