Nails on walls

Hi
I have a few photo frames/shelf boxes that I will take. What is the etiquette for what state the house should be left in please?
Do I have to remove nail and then fill in? I don't have any matching paint leftover for the walls. The hole left behind would be very small.
In a 4 bed house, there's 9 nails.

We left ours in, and moved into a few left in place.1

I am always delighted when I move into a new house that already has secure nail/screws for pictures. They may not be in the exact places I want, but allow me to hang up my own stuff and make it feel like home quickly. Also, I have an amazing talent for ruining walls when putting in new nails, so if it's already there, hurrah.

Leave them - it’s not worth the effort for anyone involved!2006 LBM £28,000+ in debt.

Please don't fill them. Bought a house where they did that but they used cheap filler and it was impossible to sand down so looked terrible!
Would rather the holes or the nails.0 -
As others have said, just leave them.
The buyers are not buying a brand new house, they should expect some wear and tear an this includes stuff like screws/nails in the walls where things were hanging.
We had a TV mount on a wall in our bedroom, it was attached using 8 plasterboard wall anchors. I chose to leave it, worst case the new owners won't want a TV in the bedroom and they can remove the anchors and smash some filler in there. Hardly the end of the world.
I would concentrate on ensuring the house is clean, floors hoovered/moped, kitchen clean including fridge etc.0 -
Leave the nails in, gives the new owner the opportunity of hanging pictures or removing and filling in themselves.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1

My last but one sale, the buyers had a clause that all fixings to be removed, holes filled, sanded and painted to match. It took me ages but was probably triggered by my conversion of the dining room into a home office with a wall full of adjustable shelving rails!Signature on holiday for two weeks0

I’ve removed some and filled the holes, sanded and re painted. Will do this with the shelf I removed and tv wall brackets but will leave the 3 in the lounge and the one I the kitchen for the clock. I was worried about the etiquette so have removed most0
