A4 to A5 document

Hi
Can someone explain in steps how i can convert a single page double sided A4 word document to single page double sided A5 document?
It would be for printing out etc and i have enclosed an example of what i mean but not the doc i will be using and i hope this makes sense.

Nothing "enclosed".

Well if it opens in Word already just change the page size.  A5 is just half the size of A4:

Hi ya i convert to A5 but it is three sides and not the two i need even after reducing the text size.
I know it is possible as someone did it but i have lost contact with who did it and now can't figure out how to do it.

Then maybe you need to revise your approach.  if what you want to fit doesn't fit on two sides of A5 even with reducing the text to something only an ant can read then that suggests you have too much text in the first place.

Yes i was thinking that when i messed with it again. i may have been thinking about the previous years listings.

Paper size A5 - Portrait - Margins 1.27cm all sides - Font Arial size 9

If you are doing multiple copies then

Paper size A4 - Landscape - Margins 1.27 cm all sides Two Columns Font Arial size 9 and then print both sides (flip on short edge) then just chop in 2

I do these all the time although fonts/size vary depending on the job
