It will be a service charge statement from the freeholder/management company showing the apportionment of service charges. This is an adjustment of service charges that the seller has already paid for in advance, but now needs a refund of the charges for the period that they will no longer be the owner, so there would be an additional charge for you to account for this.
Hope you manage to get the figure you need today, as your solicitor won't complete if there are insufficient monies on account in time for completion. If you have a rough idea of the outstanding amount, you could send this with an extra £100 to account for the service charge adjustment and/or other fees. Any overpayment will be refunded to you after completion.

Thank you all for your advice. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the solicitor to come up with the completion statement. I will keep calling and wait until 2.00pm and go to the bank. I hope I am doing the right thing.0

Our completion statement came through with our final report/contract/land registry form etc.
Hopefully you get sorted, terrible service from your solicitor though! Is it an online one or could you turn up in person?2 -
Are you sure completion is tomorrow? Sorry but have to ask and if so, just shows how risky it is having exchange and completion close together
You must have a good idea re amount or ask and send a few hundred extras over and you will get it back as long as you know the solictors outfit and they are not internet based. But as always, your choice.1 -
I would have sent the money yesterday! Couldn’t stand the stress of possibly missing completion…. Agree with 1666 - your solicitor may be busy but surely they should be prioritising cases coming up for completion.1

CAHPS can be done online as long as you have money in that account and do it before 3pm personally I'd do it long before that.1

I believe OP's solicitor is waiting for the Completion Statement from the seller's solicitor, so the seller's solicitor is at fault here not OPs.2 -
EA and solicitors a lot of them are all smiles wanting your business then smiles to new business and put those they took on before in the tray. Though we have used solitors we have used before ie best of a bad bunch, we still end up chasing them. Having said that and in their favour, one was quite helpful years after we completed spoke to his PA, she got us the info we needs and guess what, FoC, lol.flyd said:I would have sent the money yesterday! Panic is over ! I have finally managed to speak to the solicitor who is still waiting for the seller’s statement. He confirmed the amount to transfer and the money is now on their account. Hopefully, completion will go smoothly tomorrow. What a relief ! Thank you all for your messages, very much appreciated.14
