has anyone else not recieved nov £66 from sse ? we are on prepayment smart meter we got octobers in the first week credited directly to our meter , went on chat today and they literally blamed the government even to the point they said they would inform the government on my behalf that i am unhappy that they cant give me a date ect , i think it was sarcasm tho
