Hello I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for my question so I apologise in advance if not.

I have had an initial hearing in small claims court and the court did not receive all of the evidence I submitted so I the court has given me more time to resend the evidence.

My question is: can I submit new evidence for the new evidence for the new hearing?

You need to re-read what you have written, then clarify what you're asking methinks.

I would say just submit what you have and leave it at that.
