Is this easy to fill out for Solicitor to be sent to banks?
What is the turn around time on response?
I've read on Lenders' Handbook. My bank requires 5 w days to send funds. If COT is submitted this Fri, my bank should hopefully have sent it to my Solicitors by 25/11.
We are looking at 25/11 for completion. My EA said this is possible so long as COT submitted 18/11.
