One Stop have quickly messaged me back so here's what to do:-

Hi, I'm sorry we had an issue with the emails going out. Can you pop us a message with your full name and email address and our marketing team can look to send this out to you. If you can delete your cache and cookies on your device this will refresh the page for you as looks to be linking the an old website link. Thanks - Laura Customer Care

Oh well, obviously they're wrong, I'll message them again. I cleared cache & cookies but still saying:-

You have reached the maximum number of times you can register per day. Please come back again tomorrow.

It's definitely something wrong their side. I used a different device and got same message. Other half used another device and different details and could enter.

So, we can play weekly but we can play as many times  as we want to?  What's that supposed to mean? HELP !!!

I think it means you'll only be entered into the weekly draw once but you can keep playing for the dairy milk as much as you want?!
