Scottish Power mega problem
Hi- a very long story but SP promised to change outside metre today. They did not come. I have spent about 30hours on the phone trying to get my problems solved with no results. Can anyone give me a phone number to actually speak to someone who has the power to help? Absolutely desperate to get this sorted out. Thank you
