Wren kitchen dry fit installation

Hi,
I'm hoping to get some advice.
I'm due to get my new Wren kitchen installed on Monday with my installer being provided by Wren Kitchens themselves.
I've just been informed by the installer that a few members of his team won't be available to install the kitchen so that he now only be able to do a 'dry fit' installation and that I would have to employ other people to connect the services.
Do people think this is acceptable and that it will little issue to connect those services? Or should I ditch this installer and get my own contractor to install the whole kitchen instead at a later date?
Just looking for some help really.

Totally unacceptable but expect no less from Wren. Have you paid Wren to install the kitchen ?

Then they need to provide the installers or refund you!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

And anything that goes wrong later will no doubt be the fault of the people you have hired, not Wren's installer!1

Don't put up with this nonsense. Wren need to resolve this or return your money so you can employ a reputable installer.1

absolutely not, attempting to get all the trades organised last minute to work a kitchen will almost certainly result in a total car crash of a job. Abort Abort Abort0

Cancel Go elsewhere. Did you research Wren first ?0

Totally unacceptable. By 'dry fit' I presume they mean they will simply stand the units in place. Get a refund.
