Advice please!! Court date tomorrow

I am due in court tomorrow to defend a couple of parking charges, this morning I was reviewing the witness statement of the claimant and the photographic evidence of 'the signage on display' in said car park On close inspection I have noticed one of the photos they have submitted is of a completely different location, conveniently for me I recognised the location and have been able to go there today to take photos to confirm that it isn't the same car park and prove it is on the opposite side of the city. I'm assuming this is good news for me? but as it is the eleventh hour and I was unable to send in as evidence in my witness statement I'm really unsure of how and when I should present this to the court and if they will actually look at it considering it wasn't submitted prior to the hearing. Any advice would be much appreciated I'm really hoping this will pretty much seal it for me, as isn't false evidence contempt of court. Thankyou for any help!

You need to consider whether proving that the one photo is from a different car park is necessary for you to win. The judge won't find in your favour if their other evidence is proves their case. If there other photos and these are sufficient to prove the signage was adequate there is no point trying to introduce the late evidence UNLESS your defence is somehow linked to their incompetence.
If that photo is their only evidence that the signage was adequate, you will need to tell the judge that you have new evidence that you would like to have considered as soon you can in the hearing, and you will have to explain why you weren't able to tell the court or the claimant about it before the hearing. It might help if you apologise to the judge for not having studied the photo more closely when you first received it. However, yours is a human mistake to have made. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.3 -
