My friend banks with suits me and she has not got col payment

Anyone advise me as she’s driving me insane as to why she hasn’t got it

Not without more information.
Which COL?
Is she due the COLp paymnt.
If it is the second payment being paid out now it can be paid up till 23 November so there is still a week for it to be pid.
Somebody has to be first and somebody has to be last.

Suits Me isn’t a bank, so your deposits won’t be protected, but I believe it is licensed.

OP Tell your friend to open a proper bank account, Starling gets good reviews.
