Its pathetic forcing people down whatsapp and not responding.

When you call that number it tells you to whatsapp them. WHen you whatsapp them they ask you for details for your account and then go silent. I have been waiting over 2 days for their response.

I've never managed to speak to them.
They do however, respond to emails, though it can be several days between messages.0
