My mother's Social Care home discused my visit with my sister,. disclosing details of a private conversation. The sister shared this is information with other family members.

Probably depends on what the content of the conversation was - if they were concerned for her welfare, safety or security after the conversation they may well have an obligation to disclose it to someone.
On the other hand in general I would say that private conversations should stay private and if you have a concern you should raise it with the care home as a complaint.0 -
As above, depends what the conversation was about.0

Was the information shared about yourself or about your mother? Is your mother competent to give permission for information to be shared, or does someone have POA, and if so who?
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Does your mum have the capacity to make safe/informed decisions?

From the other closed thread it sounds like the OP went against care home policy and removed her mask causing issues when they asked her to wear it.
The care home told the family member what had happened and that the OP had become abusive towards them even though they are only trying to minimise risk of infection to OPs mum, other clients and staff.
Well within their rights to inform the other relative in my view.5 -

OPMore information required.
And what happened to your thread about being denied access to your Mum because you weren't wearing a mask?0 -
