Santander credit card question

Can anyone who uses a santander credit card and has the santander app let me know how and if the statement appears at the end of each statement month on the app (without having to downliad anything)

 It is difficult to explain what I am after but I like the nationwide app where for example each month you click on the tab and it shows you pretty much what you would see if you had a paper statement for example total amount spent, total amount paid plus a list of your transactions

 Other credit cards for example 1st direct seem to restrict themselves to basically a list of your transactions ie not monthly  - a bit like a running bank statement i.e. you don't see totals for amount spent per month etc (although you can download pdf statements)

The app has a 'statements and documents' option under 'my details and settings' and this allows you to view the PDF of the paper statement.

The app opens up the web statements and documents page in an internal browser then opens up the pdf statement again internally in exactly the same way as it does using the web interface.  There is a button to download it to view in your chosen PDF viewer.
