Sky TV Account - Can't access my details.

Good morning,

So i have had this for a while, i can log into my sky account through a browser (On any device), and all is fine, but when i click on "My Bills" I get a "This page is Restricted" When i click on 'Your products' I get "Technical Error".

Chat is useless, just keeps telling me to clear my cookies etc, which I have done.

Anyone else had or got this and know a fix?
