The prize: Three nights in Oak Tree Garden lodge

Terms & Conditions:

· There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

· The promoter of this competition is Contura, whose registered office is at Skulptorvagen, SE-285 23, Markaryd, Sweden.

· The competition is open to all residents of mainland UK (excluding Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, and non-mainland Scotland).

· The winner’s contact details will be shared with Contura in order that the company can liaise regarding booking.

· Prize description: three-night stay for two in Oak Tree Garden lodge, Herefordshire.

· Blackout dates: Public holidays and school holidays (Easter, Summer, Christmas/New Year and half terms)

· Prize valid for one winner + guest.

· Minimum prize value - £500.

· Once the winner has been notified, Contura will supply contact details for Oak Tree Garden Lodge. The winner must make contact with the property directly to book – Contura will supply the contact details.

· Employees or families of Contura, Contura dealerships, Country Living or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be eligible to enter the competition.

· The winner will be drawn at random by Country Living.

· The winner will be informed by Country Living via email/phone within 7 days of competition closing.

· The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

· If the winner does not accept the prize within 14 days of being notified of winning, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Good Homes shall be entitled to select another winner.

· No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and Contura reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
