Getting new quote from Admiral

Does anyone know how to start a new quote from Admiral?  I filled in all the details and saved a quote several days ago using a password and security question. That quote expired now when I try to get a new quote as soon as I fill in the policy holder details it welcomes me back and keeps asking for the password. I've tried using the security question to reset the password but it then closes the page down and says to phone them.   I don't want to phone as I want to take my time comparing the different levels of cover. I've tried clearing cookies etc but still no joy.
