Anybody got a manual for a SFD Ltd WDH-210DB-16R dehumidifier

Just bought a used dehumidifier but it has no instructions and I can't find any online. Have made some educated guesses and I'm hearing water trickling, but would be useful to have a proper guide.

Is it similar? A lot of manufacturers play with the model numbers as the product goes to different suppliers to make price comparisons difficult to do. A dehumidifier is quite simple in operation. It will probably have a mode/humidity level control, a tank with option for permanent drain hose to be fitted and an on/off switch. Decent models like Ebac have replaceable filters.

Not really. I think mine has a few years on the clock and the controls look completely different. It has some codes on the room humidity and temperature bit which have no explanation

Thanks for the image. I rest my case  :D

Look on the back, you may have a hole with nozzle inside that takes a short length of hose to lead to a drain (kitchen sink etc) to save keep emptying the tank. Suggest you set it to 75% RH and see how you go. My Ebac needs emptying everyday and that is in a modern new build house.

I wouldn't use one this small to dry plaster though, it's best left to dry slowly with good ventilation on a dry day to avoid cracks. I appreciate not the best of weather in the UK at the moment but your little dehumidifier is too small for building work like your picture shows. If you want to speed things up, the usual tool hire places have industrial units that work much better.

Yes I can see that it's fairly simple to operate, some indication of what the coding messages mean would be good.

It's doing a fair job of gently drying the lounge, the humidity outside has been high and there's been so little breeze we have to encourage it along a bit. The plastering was done last Friday and it's barely dried since then. We have a deadline for decorating the room before carpets are installed. The whole house has been plastered over the past few weeks, most of it when we had the better weather, but these last few bits need some help.

I'd love to hire something bigger, but the budget doesn't allow it, we're well past what we wanted to spend.
