Received claim form

I've received a claim form from Parking Solutions 24 LTD.

I've completed the AOS and I am now preparing the defence.

I haven't received a Notice To Keeper so was planning to use this as my main defence. Is there a template defence focusing on this point?

Would appreciate any help please.

Thank you in advance

What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?

Upon what date did you file an Acknowledgment of Service?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.

Where exactly did this alleged parking event take place?

What do they claim you have done wrong?
  • Issue date: 13/10/22
    AOS:27/10/22
    Location: Salford University (Farmer Norton)
Allegation: Breach of the terms of parking.

Yes, we could all probably have guessed that you are being accused of breaching the terms.
Are you able to be more specific?

With a Claim Issue Date of 13th October, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 15th November 2022 to file your Defence.

    That's tomorrow.

To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

Another one with "breached terms of car park" well of course you did but the claimant does need to be more specific than that.  Search the forum for "sparse particulars of claim" and see what others wrote about it in their defence.

Your defence needs to go in this afternoon, by email, using our template (which already covers sparse particulars of claim so you don't have to write that bit).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
