On checking my Paypal account there were to payments made to Ebay recently one I recognised not the other one so I made a note of the order numbers and went into Ebay and they were only showing one purchase. It was not a fortune but would like a answer.I cannot find anyway to contact them I just seem to go round in circles.I clicked on contact us but there is no option for this problem.Does anyone on here know what I need to do..

Maybe contact Paypal and ask them if they know what the payment is for.

Hello
Does any one have any advice for me? I sold 5 pieces of equipment and hand delivered them as they were heavy. The Buyer started a dispute about one item. I disagreed with him but Ebay came down on his side as I had ignored request to collect the items. Ebay then refunded the buyer with the full fee leaving me to ask for the items back, the buyer isn't responding to any of my correspondence. This leaves me out of pocket and without the items I sold him. Ebay said they aren't interested in helping, It seems all a little one sided. my choices are to employ a bailiff , write off the item and let him keep them. Has anyone had a similar experience ?

The process would have been fair if you hadn't ignored the request to collect. I suppose you would need to write to him, and tell him if you intend to take the case to a small claims court.

Moving forwards you can’t just employ a bailiff. You would need to go to court and get a judgement against him first. What value item are you talking about?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
