Thanks All for your help. I have now sent my appeal and will update the thread when I hear back.
did they drop the charges? or offer you POPLA code?

@jumieo5 has not revisited the forum since the last one before Christmas last year.  Sometimes people take all the advice offered, but never come back to give us that information, which is vital feedback to confirm, or otherwise, that the advice we give still works.

Send him/her a PM as that should trigger a email notification of you trying to make contact.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I decided to go check the PCN details on APCOAs site and can see that it has now been closed. I'm not sure why I didn't get a response.

Thank you All for your help with the appeal!

Yay! Easy when you know how!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
