Such a shame as I never get these and really wouldn't mind some of the items.  All I get are the "Dear Good Friend" ones to inform me of someone trying to liberate their hard earn cash/inheritance/UN funds from some teapot despot and could they please use my account and I'll get to keep 10% of the $476million.  I do get so tempted some days to respond in a positive way.
Going by the spirit of this thread sjeagle5 is listing the fake 'prizes' named in their hoax/spam emails, not things they've actually won.

+ replying to scam and spam emails shows them that you email address is working and gets you added to lists for more spam/scams as they assume you're gullible enough to fall for it.

Even just  opening them can be enough to show it's been sent to a live e-mail address

Absolutely, I can confirm that I have won nothing!
The emails end up in my spam folder and I just look at the single line heading of the email giving me the "good" news.

That's got to be this year's (virtual) winner, unless I win the Spanish ElGordo or the US Powerball! Any minute now.....

I won an electric drill from Leyland SDM. Do you think this was fake. They asked for a DM which I did and then never heard anything back from them ?

No, Leyland SDM look pretty legitimate on their social pages.  Was it a fairly recent win? Mine was clearly spam from the way the email subject was written, the 'Congratulations dear' sort.
