Spam email wins - Just for fun

Hi all,

Every month I receive a lot of spam emails, usually with an address from the USA at the bottom, saying I have(n't) won something.
I thought it would be fun to put on here what people have(n't) won.

So, just this month, I have(n't) won:-

Philips air fryer
Samsung Crystal UHD TV
£500 Tesco voucher
£500 Amazon gift card
$500 Paypal prepaid card
Smeg Kettle - Currys
Dyson Vacuum - Currys
iPhone 14 pro - Currys

So my Christmas is sorted this year - NOT!

I had my window smaller, all I saw was Congratulations and my name. 🤦‍♀️ 

McLaren's also congratulate you for being in the draw. 😆

is there any way to stop getting these emails ?

I would say no as if you reply (or try to unsubscribe) you run the risk of your email address being used again as a confirmed active email address.
I think the capabilities of Gmail to automatically catch and tag them is improving over time.

Update on winnings for December 2022:-

Philips air fryer (another one)
£500 Tesco voucher (again)
£500 Amazon reward (again)
Samsung Crystal UHD TV (another one)

All this in just the last 10 days of December.

Such a shame as I never get these and really wouldn't mind some of the items.  All I get are the "Dear Good Friend" ones to inform me of someone trying to liberate their hard earn cash/inheritance/UN funds from some teapot despot and could they please use my account and I'll get to keep 10% of the $476million.  I do get so tempted some days to respond in a positive way.
