RM Tracking Still Down?

RM Track and Trace has been down for several days now. Anyone have any updates?

Some eBay items still show up as delivered ok though - I have one item that is not showing delivered, and obviously can't track it, but fortunately have received positive feedback from the buyer anyways. But I do like to keep a check on the RM tracking site - not known it to be down for this long in the past......

As the message on the website says, App tracking is functioning. 
Can you not download the App and do it that way?

Thanks but didn't work for me. I am looking up what I think is a parcel number. Maybe 2nd class.

Royal Mail said the app was working yesterday. I can't believe it's been down this long. Someone must have pulled the plug out by mistake.

2nd class signed for is working, 2nd class standard isn't working

I think someone is having a laugh with RM track and trace. I can't get past the spam bot with 'click on images' box- but instead of the usual 'sidewalks' and 'traffic lights' I'm getting 'chickens in a tree' 'strawberry cake' and 'chocolate cake' . It's really quite surreal.
