THIS MORNING AND LOOSE WOMEN PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to the This Morning and Loose Women programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, via the This Morning app (the “App”) and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 11 November 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, the App and online at 3.00pm on Friday 2 December 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 8 December 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within twenty-four (24) hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

· The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms. All entrants must be contactable on Friday 9 December and for two (2) working days after, on Monday 12 December 2022 and Tuesday 13 December 2022.

This element of the prize consists of a gift card worth £5,000 (five thousand pounds) for the winner to redeem in full or part payment on new bookings only, treatments, add-ons and merchandising at any Champneys resort, Hotel and City Spa in the UK and online at www.champneys.com (“ChampneysGiftcard”). To redeem the Champneys Giftcard on treatments and services at one of the prize provider of the Champneys Giftcard’s resorts, a spa day or stay package must be purchased prior in order to book and attend the treatment (excluding Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall). Please note that the Champneys Giftcard cannot be used against existing bookings, conferencing, weddings, club membership and products from the online shop.

The Champneys Giftcard is valid for two (2) years from winner contact and booking is subject to availability.
