Is anyone currently dealing with Halifax at sub £150K as an existing customer? Just wondering what rates they are now giving 🤔

Yes hence why I’m curious now as they are going down 😕 I wonder if I’ve peaked too soon!0

Halifax have always only changed the rates for existing customers on the 1st of the month. So we wont see the impact of any industry rate reductions until 1st December. I have a lot of clients in the same boat where we have secured a deal already but expect to change it on 1st December.I am a Mortgage Adviser

Glad you got it sorted.Lewis7498 said:I know a work colleague said her offer got reduced from nearly 1% (still lot higher than ours and different provider)
Try not to stress and worry, even if it is now less. The reason you fixed was to stop the anxiety and uncertainty and still an amazing rate. I know easier said than done as I am the same. 😂0 -
So so true! I don’t know why I’m even asking the question to be honest 🤣 I think we still got a good deal so must let it go now… 😁cook0891 said:

Don't know if it helps, but we got our offer finalised on Monday as a PT at under £150k. We fixed for 3 years at 4.77%. No non-fixed offers on the table, but the alternatives were around 6% for 2 and 5 year fixes.1
