Netflix Password change

I have Netflix as part of a family subscription. When I try to log on it is asking me to set up an account.  My granddaughter changed the password when she moved.  I have the new password but there does not seem to be anyway that I can submit this.  Can you help me please.  I don't watch a great deal on Netflix but I would like to watch the new episodes of The Crown.  Many thanks Sue

I don't use Netflix but a google search suggests using your granddaughters email address to sign in.     Hope it works

Thank you so much.  It does not bring up anything other than for me to set up a new account.  I know when it was set up she did it on my TV. It may be that either she or my daughter would need to get into her account and then she would add me. I will ask her.
The only option on my TV seems to be to set up my own account.  The account had 3 users her my daughter and myself.

Are you sure there isn't a tiny box somewhere saying something like "already a member? click here"

Are you using the Netflx app on a Smart TV? There will be an option to log in to an existing account.

Perhaps you can take a pic of the screen and post it.

Do you have access to a phone or laptop - when I go to https://www.netflix.com/gb/ there is an option to sign in on top right - if this works then there may be an issue with the tv app, but as already said, there is always an option to log in to an existing account somewhere

I am so sorry I have not back to your posts until  now 11 27.  I will have a look at it tomorrow.  I have got both a phone and laptop.  I am using Netflix on a smart TV.  When I go on I check through the various options and then click on Netflix.  This used to bring up a note of various person my daughter and granddaughter and then I click on to my own name,.  Now all that happens is that it is asking me to set up an account.  I will have a good look at things tomorrow.  Too late and too tired now.  I am grateful to all of you  Sue

Thanks, flashg67 I looked online at the web page and yes there is a place where I can sign in but it needs the email address as well as the password;  I have asked my granddaughter to send it to me, Thanks again

Thanks to you all.  I have cracked it and got on.  There was a sign in below sign up.  The email address is my daughter's and my granddaughter password..  When I got in to my Daughter's account on the phone I then tried it on TV and its all sorted.  Thanks again ML Forum is my salvation  Sue
