Thanks for all your comments. The banks mortgage valuation report came through today to say: “significant defects but is reflected in the value of the property value”. They have valued it at the price I paid for it. It provides no extra detail and so getting my own survey done next week, all being well. I love the house, but as mum says - everything happens for a reason.0

I am heartbroke as I loved the house. It looked lovely when I walked round. It didn’t look like it had those issues when I walked round it 😭😭😭
