You are running out of time aren't you?

Just show us your draft paragraph 3, 4, 5 like everyone else with a residential defence does.  They are all the same.  I hope you've spent some time over these last few weeks reading a dozen other residential defences and have prepared yours already?  This is easy and has been done a hundred times or more on this forum, this year alone.
As much as I really appreciate any support I can get on this.
As mention in previous posts, you are unaware of my life circumstances and why I am where I am right now and finalising this defence the evening before.
I have read unbelievable amounts of different threads, forums etc and it’s very overwhelming with someone who suffers from extreme anxiety.
so I am doing my best to gather the information and ask questions on areas I just want to double check.

    Yes they are.
Over a month ago, on 11th November, I wrote on this thread...
...you have until 4pm on Tuesday 13th December 2022 to file your Defence.

After reading everything I can over the last few weeks and my additional questions this evening. I have written my defence which are you said has to be sent by 4pm tomorrow.

I never said I wasn’t running out of time and it is the night before, But I do not appreciate the tone towards me on this.

I came here for support not criticism.

I understand that, my son does also. That's why I hid things until I had drafted his responses. Gave him the answers to read first, then let him refer to their attacks afterwards. Panic abated.

Unfortuantely I'm not intercepting your post, I don't have access to your emails, I don't (still don't) have sight of your lease, AST, rental agreement. Please help me help you.

Please email your PCN story to watchdog@bbc.co.uk they want to hear about it.
Please then tell us here that you have done so.

    Hello,
no mention of common areas in my lease.

I have also notice this on the claim form (please see picture )
It says about the ticket being issued by PCN who own or manage the land.
they defiantly definitely do not own it but even if they manage it, my landlord would of would have authorised them coming nor did we.
so I presume this sits with the estate agents?
is there anything I should add on the defence regarding that?
This is confusing!  You need to make sure (certainly when you write your defence) that you use correct grammar and spelling so that the judge can understand what it is you are trying to get across.  I don't understand this bit "authorised them coming nor did we"
