British gas Canceled my direct debit

Hi so I asked for a refund after discovering I had over £200 pounds in credit (not cost of living payment ) after putting the information in the app the app Sugested altering payments gas lower electric higher.
Today I got a letter saying my Direct debit has been canceled
I am Autistic so struggle with understanding things has this happened to anyone else

Is your monthly bill for electric and gas less than £66/67 if so they might have put you on what's called a payment holiday. My Octopus account has done this as my monthly usage was less than £66/67.Someone please tell me what money is1
