Email sent to customers today from PCF bank. It came from info@PCF.bank, and I found mine in my junk folder.
So, if you have savings at PCF bank - suggest you keep eye out for an email, and check your junk folder.

Hi, Iv'e had no communication from the PCF bank and only found out about them going into liquidation on 24/6/24 when failing to access my account online. The financial Ombudsman advised to contact FCA and FSCA who can't advise me if savings bond is covered under scheme. Also advised Price Waterhouse Cooper (PwC) managing administration where all savings were returned in June this year. I have heard nothing from them and the bank has my 3 year 15k fixed savings bond from June 2022. PCF sent me an interest statement in April 2023. PwC don't return my calls and I can't get past the call handler, formal complaint submitted online to them, still no acknowledgment to date. I'm at my wits end trying to establish if my bond is safe, or if I have lost my money, can someone please advise if in same situation. thank you.
