Zable (Level) -direct banking infomation (sort code etc)?

Has anyone done a direct bank transfer to Zable? I don't see their information anywhere.

I'm not sure if it's exactly what you want, but see their FAQ on the subject:
You can always make additional payments by making a payment using your debit card in the Zable App.
Once you have a completed transaction on your account you will see the option to "make a one-off payment" in the repay section of the app.
It rather looks to me as if they'll only accept "pulled" payments, and that you can't "push" them.

Thanks folks
It's not my account so no app access it's for a relative who is unwell so a bit complicated. I maybe give them a phone (I already emailed them but they were VERY sketchy in their reply all a bit James Bond sounding).
You'd think it would be plainly listed on their website.0
