I’m having a lean-to/pergola built on my new patio. It will be attached to my house, and I will be able to access it through my patio doors. Is this a fair quote (not including any roof).. cheers  

 Supply 2 treated 6 inch timber posts. Fix into the relevant position on the patio using appropriate fixings.

Supply treated 6"x2" timber. Fix into the house at the appropriate height using thunderbolts. This timber will act as the wall plate.

Fix another 6"x2" onto the front on the posts to act as the fascia for the lean-to.

Supply treated 4"x2" timber. Space the timbers appropriately to suit the roof system we decide on (usually 600mm apart). Notch out where required and hang the timbers between the fascia and the wall plate.
