Evri parcel "Available for collection" but not there.

I bought an item from Vinted and the tracking stated "out for delivery" then "back at depot" on Monday and Tuesday. Then yesterday it updated as delivered to a Tesco store. I went to collect it today but one of the Tesco staff told me they were not accepting Evri parcels as "the system was down" and had been down for a few weeks. So I got home, and checked the tracking again. It then updated again to say it was available for collection at around 11.30am today.

Has this happened to anyone else? If it isn't at the store then I can only assume the Evri delivery guy has the parcel or many parcels meant for that store, and it is being scanned every day with a different status each time. I can't get through to the manager of the Tesco store, and although I managed to get a reply from Evri they seem to have no knowledge of problems with Evri parcels at the Tesco and told me they will investigate.

The Tesco staff weren't overly helpful, but if what they are telling me is accurate I suppose there is nothing they can do.
