Hi,
Furness BS are increasing their rate on the regular saver to 4% and I am considering applying.
I was wondering how people have found them as a provider please? I was also wondering how reliable people have found their online portal?
Thank you!

I don’t know a lot about Furness BS tbh but I do know that fairly recently they were still asking for documentation to be either sent in the post or taken to a branch in order to prove identity and address. I don’t think they’re yet able to verify new customers electronically.1

Being increased I think, it is a variable rate. Yesterday their website showed a 1 Year Regular Saver Issue 5 paying I think 2.10%, now it shows a 1 Year Regular Saver Issue 5 paying 4.00%. No Issue 6 showingveryintrigued said:ForumUser7 said:

This is an increase in rate to issue 5 which has been available for at least 12 months.

As for Furness themselves, the portal is only for viewing transaction/rates only,it's not interactive apart from secure messaging.
They are no better/worse than most other BS.2
