If it's a SNAD claim (not as described) then you have to refund the return postage … but you've got it back already, how was the return postage arranged?
I do not have returns accepted on my account, and i think it is for that reason that they selected Item not as described. But it was exactly as described.
Anyway it is sorted now, and i have left the buyer a nice friendly message (no sarcasm) but recommended at least 8GB of RAM on any future purchases...Where the !!!! has the Shrug gone!
