PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The Prize Promotion opens at 07:00 10th November 2022 and closes at 21:00 on 18th

November 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).

HOW TO ENTER

a. Purchase a qualifying Nestlé product during the Promotional Period from Tesco using the Whoosh delivery service. See Clause 8 for a full list of qualifying products.

b. Enter Prize Promotion Code in the coupon box at checkout. Prize promotion code can be found on select, promoted Facebook & Instagram content from Quality Street; from 8am on Thursday 10th November 2022 to 5pm Friday 18th November 2022 in select locations where Tesco Whoosh rapid delivery service is available. Prize promotion code can also be found on select Tesco Whoosh online shopping pages from Thursday 10th November 2022 to Friday 18th November 2022.

c. Only 1 entry per person, per Whoosh shop.

d. No third party entries. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. c. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to accept their prize.

d. The Prize is not transferable and there is no prize alternative.

e. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

f. The Promoter reserves the right to not award all prizes if less entries than available prizes are received into the Prize Promotion, if there are not enough entries which meet the entry criteria, or if not all winners redeem their codes within the claim period.
