Got a claim form for parking at work without a permit , didn't realize it was a thing I needed until I got the ticket. I have been working there for 2 years before and never had a problem. Issue date is 01/11/22.
What do you think my chances are ?

Your chances are good, but you know that having progressed other parking incidents.
Are any of your other three threads related to this parking incident?
You've been using this car park for two years and never seen any signs?
Your thread title isn't very useful. Can you please make it more relevant? With a Claim Issue Date of 1st November, you have until Monday 21st November to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 5th December 2022 to file your Defence. That's nearly four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
I haven't won any of them yet so I'm not really sure how good my chances are. But I'm still hoping for the best .KeithP said:TheBiscuit123 said:Got a claim form for parking at work without a permit , didn't realize it was a thing I needed until I got the ticket. All are separate tickets and unrelated.
And it's a long story involving my company telling us where to park then changing there minds and or getting it wrong . Plus they bought the place next door , told us we could park there but never gave us parking permits.0
