Hi, received an email today from a company called BW Legal chasing payment for an alleged parking breach, should I ignore these people? Their basically offering me to pay in instalments for the alleged event. Cheers

Why are you only getting emails, is your car logbook still showing the old address and you've been missing PCN letters all this time?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
