'Marked this item as paid'?

I have just sold an item for £99, free postage but the person lives only about 5 miles from me

I clicked on the item to check the photo as I have several similar on sale. I noticed at the top of my listing along the blue line it says 'You marked this item as "Payment Received" on 09 Nov, 2022.' I haven't done this. Other items I've sold say 'You’ve received payment for this item.' 

In payments it says 'processing' 

Should I be concerned? Has the buyer marked it as 'collection' and thus flagged up this message? 

Or do I wait until it's in my bank account?

Payments seem to show as processing for a couple of hours now , check again later and it will probably show as available in your payments. You need to send within your stated time frame, regardless of whether you withdraw to your bank or wait for the standard Tuesday pay out. 

I think the collection bit is a bit of a red herring , if you didn’t offer collection then buyers shouldn’t assume they can collect and if they haven’t said anything then they are probably just expecting it to be sent.  Just send it as per your listing.
