I read the T&C’s it doesn’t say anywhere you have to actually make a wish list, it actually says 

1. To enter, simply fill out the form before the competition closing date.

So I think they mean wish list as items that you wish for

2. All valid and correctly completed entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on Monday 12th December 2022. The first entry drawn at random will be the winner. 
3. The prize for the winner is one £500 Estella Bartlett gift voucher to use on Estellabartlett.com.
4. The gift voucher will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Weird thing is, I'm not sure if I've entered or not. The only form I see is to sign up the newsletter and when I do, it doesn't say I've entered, or signed up. Just refreshes to the same page.

At last: "Thank you, your entry was successful." I did what I'd tried before. Opened tab in an incognito window, and typed everything manually - no autofill. I didn't register or make a wishlist, so hope it counts, after all that!
