Unable to upload tracking numbers

I've just sold a couple of items this week and taken advantage of Tracked 48 online from Royal Mail. However although I can mark my items as despatched today there seems no way of uploading the tracking number as it doesn't appear in the drop-down more actions list. Is there any way I can do this? I'm sure it was there last week!

Add the tracking from the sold page , don’t mark despatched first. Many thanks Soolin. Unfortunately it still wouldn't work as there was no pale box below the item details. However as you said don't mark despatched first I tried changing it to "mark as not despatched" and the enter tracking box reappeared. So I'll have to remember to enter the tracking first before marking as despatched.0

Once you add the tracking and refresh the page it automatically shows as despatched, I found that out the long way as well!claire07 said:Many thanks Soolin. If you mark as dispatched first there is a link to add or edit tracking number on the view order details page.0
