Should I take this seriously?

I feel I know the answer but perhaps need some reassurance.
I received a text today from TNC on bell of CPS midlands ltd saying I had an outstanding fine to pay.
This is the first I have heard of it and am unsure how I got it or where or if it is genuine!
Does anyone know how I should deal with this?

Come back if you get a court claim.
If you are moving address within 6 years of the PCN you MUST email the parking firm to tell them and to get any old address erased. That is your only danger.
