Asking for a relative. They have storage heaters with a mains switch on the wall next to each one, and when the switch is turned on, the heaters warm up immediately even in the daytime. Obviously better if they did that during the night on Economy 7.

I looked in their fusebox and found two little dials on the fuses, but I'm not sure how to set them. Actually I don't know for sure these have anything to do with the heaters, but on the guess that they do, what would be sensible values to try?

Manual can be found at https://manualzz.com/doc/30158557/710-2-ireland.p65

Most obvious to try first is 0/triangle on both day and night which aims to hit the default temp. You can then adjust up and down if its too hot or too cold in day time or evening.

The Day seems to be set to Constant which isnt how its intended to be for day to day use.

We had something a little similar before for our electric heating but it all went wrong when the outside sensor died.
