My Daughter sold on Vinted for quite some time, but began to discover that so called buyers were becoming wise to an excellent way to scam genuine sellers. Twice she sent a bundle of several items to different buyers, both times the buyers claimed that either the sizes were incorrect or the goods were damaged on receipt. In both cases, Vinted awarded the buyers a full refund and they got to keep the bundles of several items, no questions asked, leaving my single Mum Daughter losing several saleable items and no money and someone else with goods they could then sell on. Vinted have a members forum and it was clear that this was happening on a regular basis and the sellers were always the losers. She no longer sells on Vinted

That's interesting as my experience of Vinted customer services is the opposite. They ask that the item is returned with tracked postage, and their T&Cs ask for this to happen within a few days of the return being agreed.I have been refunded once without the item being returned but that was because the seller failed to respond and supply a return address when I opened a case.0
