1. By entering into the Prize Draw, Participants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that failure to comply with them may result in disqualification. The Prize Draw shall be void where prohibited by local law. All national and local laws and regulations shall apply. These terms and conditions include all instructions of how to take part in the Prize Draw.

2. The Prize Promotion is open to anyone at least eighteen (18) years of age as at the date of their entry. The following groups are excluded from participating: (a) employees of the Promoters and its associated companies or group companies; (b) employees of the Promoter’s agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize promotion; and (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b). One (1) entry per person. Any entries in excess of this will not be considered.

3. To enter the Prize Draw, simply enter your details HERE. Entry period is from 8th November - 30th November 2022. You must provide a valid email address in order to be entered into the prize draw. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple or incomplete entries will be deemed to be invalid. No purchase is necessary.

4. The winning prize (“Prize”) is £1500 voucher from Mr & Mrs Smith, £1000 voucher for Perfect Moment and £500 to spend at Collagerie. By accepting the Prize, you are agreeing to the standard Mr & Mrs Smith terms and conditions found here.

5. The prize draw winner will be the first eligible entry drawn randomly selected by a computerised random generator from all entries who completed the survey and entered their valid email address on the last page The winner will be drawn by Collagerie on 30 November 2022

6. The name of the winner will be available from 30 November 2022 upon receipt by Collagerie to the address: Studio 4, The Studio Building, 21 Evesham Street, London, England, W11 4AJ, (the “Promoter” or “We”). Contact email: customercare@collagerie.com

7. The result of the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value if not used.

8. Collagerie reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions or change the Prize (to one of equivalent value) as required by the circumstances, which includes being unable to operate the website due to technical issues or issues caused by a partner. There is no cash alternative.

9. Collagerie cannot accept responsibility for or liability arising from Participants taking part in the Prize Draw or for taking up the Prize. Collagerie gives no warranty or guarantee in relation to the Prize and accepts no responsibility or liability for the Prize being amended by Collagerie, Perfect Moment or Mr & Mrs Smith. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Collagerie excludes liability for all loss, damage or claim arising as a result of the Participant’s entry into the Prize Draw or use of the Prize.

10. Where a Prize Promotion is featured on a social networking site, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, the Prize Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that social networking site. Entrants are providing their information in relation to the Prize Promotion to the Promoter and not to the social networking site. 8.2. Entrants hereby release such social networking sites from any and all claims, damages, expenses or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in a Prize Promotion. Entrants also agree to indemnify any such social networking site against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by the social networking site in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the entrant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty, including any set of Official Rules.

11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
