ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/winwebsite (“Website”) on Tuesday 8 November 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Tuesday 29 November 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize consisting of four (4) e-tickets for the winner and up to three (3) companions to attend a tour of the Emmerdale Studio Village in Leeds, LS3 1JT (“Emmerdale Tickets”)

The Emmerdale Tickets are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue, subject to availability. Available visit dates to the Emmerdale Village Tour can be found at https://www.emmerdalevillagetour.co.uk/. Please note that all tours on the Emmerdale Village Tour must be prebooked in advance and this can be done by following the steps to redeem the Emmerdale Tickets, as shown here. The winner will be required to bring their booking confirmation as well as a valid ID. Please note that the Emmerdale Tickets are valid for admission tickets to the Emmerdale Village Tour and cannot be used for special events or towards purchases in shop or kiosk.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the Emmerdale Tickets. It is the responsibly of the winner to inform the prize provider of the Emmerdale Tickets of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The Emmerdale Tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The Emmerdale Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. The Emmerdale Tickets have no monetary value and can only be used at Emmerdale Village Tour. If lost, the Emmerdale Tickets cannot be replaced. There is no cash alternative to the prize and there is no alternative prize if the winner is unable to travel for any reason.

Please note that the Emmerdale Tickets exclude ground transport to and from the Emmerdale Studio Village, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses (other than specified above).
