Non PoFA

Company Lease car
I was sent late 90 days a notice which states the PoFA under the information section from Group Nexus
I wrote back to them
They said the notice is not issued under the POFA
Additionally the acknowledge they are outside the time guidelines of the BPA AOS guidelines but that can happen
I have not told them the driver
I've now a POPLA number
Should I appeal as the notice is later than the guidelines & under what basis if it is not issued under the POFA do I have to tell them anything?

If they are not intending to use POFA to transfer any drivers liability to the keeper then all that timescale stuff goes out of the window.

The DVLA allow them six months to get keeper's details from them and their trade association allows them another month to get a notice to the keeper.

And of course with a hired/leased car there will be an extra delay white the lessor advises the PPC of the lessee's details.

Is this now the third thread we have about the same parking incident?

You are surely not expecting people to jump all over the internet looking for what advice may already have been given.

No I'm not but this forum is to provide advice if not why is it here?
The situation each time is different as it evolves
My judgement is a simple new question is better than a long endless string of questions
I understand if you see it differently & I thank you for your advice
